Re: Compliance program file number 2236-4-1-2003

Dear Mr. Reilly-King,

Further to my letter of February 13, 2004, with this correspondence, I would like to accomplish two things.

Firstly I would like to report on the status of your complaint, and secondly, I would like to let you know about a recent development.

As far as the status of your complaint is concerned, work on the compliance audit is nearing completion. I foresee being able to provide you with a report in the near future.

The most recent event relates to the compliance program. The 2003 compliance officer activities report is now available in both official languages. This document has been posted on EDC’s website and may be found in the Compliance Program section in PDF format.

Yours truly,

Alison C. Lawford, LL.B, LL. M.
